At work

Mostly product strategy at Xceptor, alongside building the systems designers use to get from idea to validated design faster. Two questions are running off that: what an AI operating model looks like for our product managers, and whether designers can build and hand off entirely in code without drifting from the design system. The second is a standing conversation with engineering about where design sits in an AI product development lifecycle. The agentic workflow initiative is still going, though I've moved from shaping it to reviewing PRs for UI and behaviour.

Exploring

Poking around open source repos has become a habit. I test them against how I actually work and keep the few that survive. The current favourite is Buzz, Jack Dorsey's open-source workspace built so AI agents sit in the team rather than beside it. It's close enough to what I'm working on at Xceptor that I've been watching it properly rather than filing it away with the rest.
