At work

Just picked up the Xceptional Award for Platform and Product Excellence, a nice excuse to keep going. Mid-way through an agentic initiative with Claude, discovery to handoff, and starting work on what the design system becomes next.

Exploring

Teaching myself to think in agents rather than screens, mostly through AI tools for coding and brainstorming. Working out what changes about the designer–engineer relationship when the build is this fast.
